I'm sorry, I have no idea where this mug was sold, I spotted it on eBay Germany, so I used that country as Costa Rica is not available.

This mug is all over Beijing, it comes in three types or sizes
whether or not its really from Costa Rica, i dont know.
I meant not in the Starbucks in Beijing but just regular ceramic shops that sells ceramics.
