Could some owners of this Mug double check their bottom? Mine says disgwasher instead of dishwasher, and now I am wondering if this is normal or if there are some fail printed Mugs out there...
Hi Wumme0815. I believe you'd posed this question on the old version of the FredOrange site. Sounds like you may have a typo on the bottom of your SoDo mug. This can be due to a wrinkle or tear in the clear logo when it is applied to the mug prior to glazing. There are a few mugs, Skylines included, that have a pre-fab logo and a screened element on the bottom of each mug. This is likely the case. Also, I've seen several tears in these pre-fab logos or a piece from another logo that was stuck in the middle of the new decal prior to firing and they look like other letters. Just a flaw...which has happened and unfortunately passed quality tests to make it to the shelves in the stores. I have a very similar circumstance with the bottom logo of an Indianapolis Skyline mug. I just drink coffee out of it!
I did ask before, but could not recall the answer....thanks for your help (again)...
